We had a group of 22 stay at this hotel - the communication over the internet was excellent - very trusting to work with - the rooms and hotel were awesome - food at the hotel exceeded our expectations - breakfasts were great. Friendly staff who seemed to like kids also.Loved the area the hotel was in a nice safe neighborhood with lots of quality restaurants that were much cheaper than downtown...will stay again.
Our only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel - it was a longer way into Rome center from the Relias than we thought - we were a bit grumpy also due to horrible heat and a sweaty crowded bus.
The quiet location, helpful staff and moderate price (for Rome) made the hotel attractive.
This hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood and as long as you don't mind using a bus to travel into the centre (20 mins), it's in a good position for visiting the sites of Rome. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean and relaxing. The hotel provides an excellent buffet breakfast and fresh coffee made to order. Don't miss the roof terrace and Gym.
location.Bus 38,90 to Termini, 88 to Villa Borghese (appr.15 min)
Poor breakfast, bad coffee, bad water for tea.
The breakfast spread was great; I unfortunately had an early flight out and was unable to take full advantage of it, but it was lovely. Also, the deck of the 4th floor was very nice, I really enjoyed relaxing up there and especially liked the fact that it was Wi-Fi accessible.
Everything - from the polite courteous staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be just outside of the tourist areas but yet not too far to travel into the centre (bus journey approx. 10 mins).
We perhaps missed not having tea/coffee tray in the room as in most other hotels.
Excellent service, hospitality and staff politeness. Beautiful lobby, quiet rooms, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. For my personal view, best location: not far from historical centre and very quiet green eco location. Feel like in a village but only 10 min from the histoinrical centre. Metro (Bologna) only 7 min to go from the hotel. Bus stop to centre - 2 min. Strongly recommend.
Everything was great.
Nice staff and very nice structure
Relais 6 was a wonderful little hotel tucked away on a quiet street which provided a great respite after a long day of sight seeing. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and especially appreciated was the e-mail I received from Fabio asking if we would like car transport from the airport. After a very long journey and a lot of luggage, we were so grateful to not have to deal with trains or buses! While the ride was a bit pricey it was well worth it and created a wonderful start to our 3 week vacation! Our room had a private terrace and was quite somfortable- and for those of you who have real luggage, there is a lift!
First the service. Thanks to Gianni and the rest of the crew. They were super friendly and went out of their way to attend to our needs. Second. The cleanliness of the place. Third. I like the location, away from the historic center but a plus for me to get out of the crowds making it more relax.
The beds were a little to hard for me, but not a big deal.
Quiet neighborhood, very good breakfast, great service, easy access to metro line B and bus system stop, price is unbeatable for a 4 star hotel. Upgraded room!
Location was a bit away from main tourist sites, which resulted in more travel time.
Wonderful hotel in a nice neighborhood. Somewhat far from center (about 20 mins. By bus) but nice to get away from the tourist traffic. The staff are phenomenal and very helpful. They also have a nice lounge and patio area and provide free snacks to relax in the evening. Great stay! Go to the restaurant they recommend -San Marino - and have the lasagna - fabulous.
The bus ride was longer than I would have liked, but the quiet location and staff more than compensated.
Our 3rd floor room had a small balcony into the courtyard with a beautiful view on the surrounding area. Comfortable bed with nice bed linens, neat bathroom with bidet and good shower. Friendly receptionists - Giacomo was especially helpful with information on bus routes to get us places we wanted to visit. Bus stop is just a few minutes walk, with 20 min ride to Piazza Venezia from which we explored the old part of the city. Nice breakfast with good coffee and the choice of fresh fruit. Lounging and fitness area on the roof. Charming clean hotel with displays of interesting antique items in the common areas.
It would be nice to have some fresh tomatoes (which are so abundant in Italy) for breakfast - they would go great with eggs and sandwiches.
Everything. This hotel is exceptional from start to finish. The staff speak very good English and they go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is approx. 10-15 mins away from city centre by bus or metro ( which are both 2 mins walk from hotel ) , but you can easily walk back which we did. The area around the hotel is beautiful with local shops (not tourist rubbish) and there is some great places to visit in the area (2 parks and a 4th century church). We will be going back again and again.
Very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious room. A/C when required. Breakfast very satisfying and staff very friendly and helpful.
To get into the heart of Rome required a trip on the metro which was most often very busy, but not unmanageable.
