The hotel was simply amazing. We were an international mix of friends and was some what apprehensive about the hotel yet my fears proved to be wrong as the decor and the rooms were boutiqueish. If I had to complain it would be about the bathroom. I'm on the big side of things so felt a bit crammed in the bathroom...yet thats a good reason to shed weight!! Thumbs up for service, breakfast and the nice botttle of wine we shared on the massive couch:)
Lovely, quiet, clean hotel; large rooms (compared to others in Rome); very helpful staff. Great breakfast and cappuccino.
It is a bit our of the way: You need to walk couple of blocks to take a bus to attractions. But the neighborhood is quiet, and quite safe.
The hotel is placed in a quiet and really nice neighborhoud with a relatively easy access to the city center by bus within approximately 20 minutes. We really adored the design of the hotel while our room was super clean. The staff was very helpfull and gentle. The terrace has a quite interesting view if you want to relax and workout. We really enjoyed our stay there and we reccomend it.
We had expected more from the breakfast, since according to the reviews, it is one of its important advantages. Besides it is a 4 star hotel. It was not tha special after all and we were somehow dissapointed.
Cleanliness, silence, very nice staff and location and also the terrace of the hotel.
Nice public internal places of hotel, very rich breakfast, parking 7€ per day in the streets around the hotels area which is a high quality area not very populous, via Nomentana which is close to the hotel is a very central road leading by bus to the central station of Rome (Termini) or to piazza Venezia, very gentle staff.
Beautiful hotel, nice rooms and public spaces, some staff members extremely helpful, lovely neighborhood
Internet unusable, friends told room unavailable and sent to another hotel for 1/3 nights stay
The staff was excellent, especially the janitors always had pleasant smile on their faces even though they didn't speak English at all but they understood everything. Breakfast was good. The room and common areas were perfectly cleaned. Nice value of money and the purpose for which we selected this hotel. Even though most of the city tourists would not like the location of this hotel but for us it was a perfect choice.
The wifi internet is very slow. I got max. 0.02 mb/s during the whole stay. It should have been better despite being free. Its was frustrating sometimes. No clothes ironing facility available inside hotel. The outsourced service is fast and cheap but for business travelers it could be a problem.
The view from the upper level and the silence.
Very good hotel: great design, great hospitality, excellent service. Thank you.
Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast
At first they give us a room with a strong tobacco smoke, after our complaint they changed it, but for a smaller one. A lot of ants at the floor and as a result these insects in our bet and luggage. We were afraid to bring some at home.
Very attractive surroundings with breakfast outdoors on sunny mornings. Convenient public transport to reach the centre of the city. Very interesting ideas with the interiors particularly in the public spaces. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice and quite location. The apartment is clean and ok for families.
The breakfast doesn’t comply with a 4 stars hotel.
The hotel was situated in a nice neighbourwood , only 15 min by bus to the city centre or a 15 min walk to bolognia metro. The staff was very polite and helpfull and the hotel very clean.Room was cleaned every day and towels where changed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of stuff especially the cappuccino served was the best ever, but however I would prefer a little more diversity in the products served.(same every day). Overall we had a delightfull stay and i would recomend this hotel to anyone i know.
same breakfast every day
Staff, especially Mr. Franco behind the desk was excellent, friendly, helpful. Plus the housekeeping: room was very very clean, every day, excellent job!
Location a bit cumbersome. Bathrooms not too big.
The hotel was mostly clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was better than expected. The location is nice - a very green area of the city, but it is a little far from the city center (near bus stops though).
The room seemed to get a little dusty the longer we stayed - this was problem due to the spring season, and opening the window.
